Whale is made by one person: Vinicius Peron. If something is broken or you need help, email and you will get a reply from a human.
Please include your handle and, if you can, what device you are on and what you were doing when it happened. It genuinely speeds things up.
Common things
- Delete your account
- Settings → Account → Delete account, in the app. It happens immediately and you do not need to ask me.
- Report a post, a comment or a person
- Use the report option on the item itself. It comes straight to me.
- Block someone
- From their profile, or from any of their posts.
- Forgotten password
- Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. If you signed in with Apple or Google, use that same button again.
- Privacy
- See the privacy page.
